Be Ready for Delivery

We will deliver your equipment to the address provided during checkout at the agreed date and time.

Please ensure there is safe and clear access to the delivery location. If there are any special instructions we should know about, please let us know before your scheduled delivery.

Someone Must Be Available

Unless an unattended delivery has been arranged with us in writing, someone must be available to receive the equipment when we arrive.

If nobody is available and unattended delivery has not been authorized, additional delivery charges may apply.

Inspect the Equipment

When your equipment arrives, please take a moment to confirm that everything listed on your rental is present and in good condition.

If you notice any issues, missing items, or damage, contact us as soon as possible.

Returning Delivered Equipment

Please ensure the equipment is accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed return time.

All accessories, batteries, chargers, cases, and other included items must be returned with the equipment.
